WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide from our production partners. Free shipping on orders over €35.

PRODUCTION TIME
Every item is made to order. Custom Studio designs and catalog magnets/stickers typically ship within 1–3 business days.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your order seems lost, email us at hello@linuacars.com and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we can update it only if your order hasn't started production yet. Contact us right away if you notice a mistake.
