Refund policy

Every item we make is produced to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This applies to both Custom Studio orders and ready-made designs from our catalog.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
We'll make it right. Contact us within 4 days of delivery at hello@linuacars.com with photos of the item and the packaging. Once we confirm the issue, you can choose either:
- a full refund to your original payment method, or
- a free replacement, shipped at no cost to you.
You don't need to send the damaged item back.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If we sent you the wrong design or size, the same applies — contact us within 4 days with a photo and we'll refund or replace it.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel any order within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Email us and we'll cancel and refund in full.
