How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order and typically ships within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely — it's our favourite thing to make. Use the Custom studio to add your text, art or logo, or message us with your idea. We send a proof before printing.
Are the magnets safe for my car's paint?
Yes. Our magnets use a soft backing that's safe for automotive paint. Clean the surface first, and lift rather than slide when you reposition.
What's your return policy?
Because each item is custom produced after you order, all sales are final. But if anything arrives damaged we'll replace it — send us photos within 4 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, before we begin production. Send us a quick message.
